🕓 We begin our Machu Picchu by train adventure at 7:00 a.m. with a hotel pickup in Cusco. Shortly after, we head to San Pedro train station for boarding at 7:30 a.m. 🚆
🌄 As we travel through the Sacred Valley, you’ll enjoy magnificent views of the Urubamba River, farmland, and mountain peaks. Around 11:30 a.m., we arrive in Aguas Calientes, where a staff member will be waiting to assist you with hotel check-in and provide information about the rest of the day.
🏨 You’ll have the afternoon free to explore, visit the thermal baths, or simply relax and prepare for your next day’s exploration. This day is perfect for enjoying nature and preparing for Machu Picchu.

🌅 Finishing our breakfast, we take one of the first buses to Machu Picchu to catch the sunrise. With your guide, enjoy a 2-hour tour exploring agricultural, residential, and ceremonial areas of the Citadel.

Following the guided tour, return to Aguas Calientes for free time—ideal for shopping or visiting the hot springs.
🚉 Later in the afternoon, the Expedition train departs at 4:40 p.m., tracing the scenic Urubamba River.
🚐 To end the day, your private transport will be waiting in Ollantaytambo to drive you back to Cusco.
