🚐 Early in the morning, we pick you up from your hotel in Cusco. Along the way, we’ll pass through charming Andean villages and visit the Lupaca tombs—pre-Inca structures filled with history.
🏛️ We continue to Paucartambo, a picturesque colonial town, where we visit a small museum before entering the cloud forest.
🌳 During our drive, we stop for lunch and admire unique flora like orchids and bromeliads. There is also a high chance of spotting the Andean cock-of-the-rock, Peru’s national bird, or even the elusive spectacled bear.
🏡 By late afternoon, we reach Pilcopata Lodge, where we enjoy a warm dinner and prepare for the next day.

🍽️ After an early breakfast, we begin a nature walk to spot monkeys and tropical birds in their natural habitat.
🌱 Later, we visit a coca plantation and a wildlife rescue center, learning about Amazonian biodiversity firsthand.
🚤 From Puerto Atalaya, we descend the Alto Madre de Dios River by boat. Along the way, we may spot herons, vultures, and other exotic species.
🏕️ At the Amazon Manu Lodge, we enjoy a refreshing river swim and have lunch.
🛶 In the afternoon, we visit Machuwasi Lake by raft, where hoatzins, capybaras, and even monkeys may appear. After sunset, we return to the lodge for dinner and rest.

☀️ After breakfast, we take the boat back upriver to Atalaya. There, our vehicle awaits for the return trip to Cusco.

🏙️ Arrival in Cusco is expected between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m., closing a journey filled with discovery, learning, and natural wonders.
