POLICIES, CONDITIONS, AND PAYMENT METHODS
At Andean Top E.I.R.L, we guarantee a transparent and reliable service so you can enjoy your trip without any inconvenience. Below, we present our booking, cancellation, and payment conditions.
BY MAKING THE PAYMENT, THE CLIENT DECLARES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED THE POLICIES DESCRIBED HERE. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED LATER ON THE GROUNDS OF IGNORANCE OF THESE TERMS.
- Reservations and Payments
You can book through our website, WhatsApp, email, or at any of our offices.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit is required:
- 50% of the total for packages that include tours and accommodation.
- 100% of the total for tour packages that include flight tickets and train tickets.
Once payment has been made, the following information must be sent via email, WhatsApp, or provided at our offices:
- Travel date
- Selected tour
- Payment receipt
- Full names and number of passengers
- Passport numbers
The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before the start of the tour.
Pickup times will be provided in detail by the sales representative and will be resent via email or WhatsApp.
- Modifications and Changes
All cancellations and/or service changes in tour packages must be made at least 31 days in advance to avoid any penalties. (Does not apply to Machu Picchu entrance tickets, Inca Trail routes, flight tickets, train tickets, accommodations, or entrance tickets to archaeological sites.)
For full-day tours, all cancellations and/or changes (except those related to Machu Picchu) must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- More than 31 days before: 80% refund. (Does not apply to Machu Picchu entrance tickets, Inca Trail routes, flight tickets, train tickets, accommodations, or entrance tickets to archaeological sites.)
- Between 30 and 15 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before: No refund.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered NO SHOW (no refund or rescheduling allowed).
Important: Refunds do not apply in cases of no-shows, delays, last-minute plan changes, or personal transportation issues. They also do not apply in unforeseen situations such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, or road closures. We recommend planning in advance to make the most of your experience.
Benefits do not apply to international flights to or from Peru. If you require assistance for an international or domestic flight within Peru, you must purchase your ticket immediately, preferably on the same day of the request or, if possible, the following day. This will ensure the validity of the offer, as fares are subject to daily variations and availability depends on the day.
