ITINERARY Pallay Poncho Mountain Trek

🕓 We start the Pallay Poncho Mountain trek at 4:30 a.m., picking you up from your Cusco hotel. After a scenic 2-hour drive to Cusipata, we enjoy a hearty Andean breakfast.

🚐 Then, we continue toward Langui, with a quick stop in Layo town. The magnificent Langui-Layo Lake, surrounded by snowcapped peaks and flamingos, offers amazing photo opportunities.

🥾 At 11:00 a.m., we begin the 1-hour hike up to the jagged, multicolored Pallay Poncho formations—also known as “sharp mountains.” At the summit, your guide explains the site’s cultural significance.

📸 You’ll have time to explore and take in the breathtaking views. Afterwards, we descend and drive back to Cusipata for a delicious semi-buffet lunch.
